Aline Fernandes de Souza só quer uma vaga de trabalho.

Aline Fernandes de Souza, 34 anos, tem dois filhos e uma história de idas e voltas ao sistema carcerário. Percurso doloroso e cansativo que ela decidiu enterrar para sempre.

Moradora do Conjunto Habitacional Barro Branco, distrito de Cidade Tiradentes, extremo leste de São Paulo.

Aline é um dos muitos rostos negros que outrora moldou o robusto percentual de 68% de todas as mulheres encarceradas no Brasil, mas agora ela resolver deixar isso no passado.

Portanto, romper com o círculo vicioso que a perseguia foi o primeiro ato para mudar de vida.

O segundo foi buscar a ressocialização. Assim, isso uma das iniciativas tomadas foi participar da oficina de desenvolvimento social oferecido pelo Instituto Recomeçar, em Poá-SP.

Durante os dias de imersão ela teve aulas de noções básicas de cidadania, a importância de ter de volta todos os documentos, inclusive o histórico escolar; e fez exercícios para treinar a vocação profissional.

Soma-se ao pacote de aprendizado o “papo reto” que ela teve com a equipe psicossocial do instituto onde o egresso de forma particular expõe suas dores, sonhos e objetivos.

Inegavelmente feliz pelo no ar que respira, Aline Fernandes de Souza quer uma oportunidade de trabalho para seguir a curva ascendente que encontrou na vida.

Os ares são outros mesmo. Na terça-feira,17, a moça foi a grande vencedora do sorteio de um kit (limpeza) oferecido pela empresa @mariacleanoficial, que ministrou na sede do Recomeçar o ‘workshop’ de limpeza corporativa. Ao trabalho, guerreira!
