As ações vão acontecer em pareceria com o Patronato Penitenciário, órgão da Secretaria de Justiça e Direitos Humanos do Estado Pernambuco.

Cícero falou das dificuldades que o ex-detento encontra para arrumar um emprego, o preconceito da sociedade e apontou a saídas propostas pelo Recomeçar para diminuir a massa de egressos desempregados no nordeste do Brasil.
