Presídios: Visitas presenciais serão retomadas

Visitas presenciais serão retomadas no próximo final de semana. A retomada seguirá normas rígidas e faz parte da 3ª fase do projeto Conexão Familiar.

A Secretaria da Administração Penitenciária (SAP) retoma, a partir dos dias 10 e 11 de julho (sábado e domingo), as visitas presenciais nos 178 presídios que administra no Estado de São Paulo.

Serão seguidas as mesmas regras vigentes anteriormente para a retomada gradual e controlada das visitas presenciais, com visitação restrita a apenas 01 pessoa por reeducando, devidamente cadastrada no rol de visitas.

A visitação está limitada a maiores de 18 anos, sendo que pessoas com 60 ou mais ou integrantes de grupo de risco poderão entrar somente se apresentarem comprovante de esquema vacinal completo para Covid-19 e após o período de, ao menos, 20 dias da aplicação da segunda dose, ou quando for caso, da dose única.

Para as que tiverem entre 18 e 59, não haverá exigência de comprovante de vacinação.

O/a visitante deverá portar somente a carteirinha de visitante, o documento de identificação com foto e o comprovante de vacinação contra a Covid-19, se for o caso, sendo vedada a entrada de quaisquer outros objetos.

As visitas ocorrerão por um período máximo de duas horas (das 9h às 11h e das 13h às 15h), divididos entre os finais das matrículas dos reeducandos (pares e ímpares) e mediante divisões de pavilhões (pares e ímpares), conforme cronograma abaixo. Os presídios em que os pavilhões são divididos por letras seguem as mesmas regras, considerando como PARES os pavilhões B, D, F, H, J e L e ÍMPARES os pavilhões A, C, E, G, I, K e M.

Os Centros de Ressocialização, Hospitais de Custódia e Alas de Seguro serão considerados pavilhão único, sendo as visitas realizadas em finais de semana intercalados e aos sábados com reeducandos (as) com matrículas com final ímpar e domingos matrículas com final par. Obrigatório o uso de máscara durante todo o período de permanência na unidade prisional. Não serão permitidos quaisquer contatos físicos entre custodiados e visitantes, sujeitando o descumprimento às medidas de suspensão temporária de visitação do reeducando(a) e/ou visitante.

IMPORTANTE:

A visitação em determinada unidade poderá ser suspensa temporariamente, diante da presença de cenário adverso em relação a novos casos de Covid-19.
